Soft-FX introduces Agentic AI platform for brokerage operations

We are happy to announce the commercial availability of Soft-FX AI Agent, an intelligent automation system built specifically for brokerage infrastructure. Having already deployed the Agent internally across log analysis, technical operations, and decision support, we are now making it available to brokers as a configurable, production-ready solution. It operates as a trained digital team member, reducing manual workload across dealing desks, support departments, onboarding workflows, and liquidity operations.

What is the Soft-FX AI Agent?

The Soft-FX AI Agent is a specialized system trained on brokerage environments, covering aggregation logic, liquidity provider interaction, risk filtering, client onboarding workflows, dealing desk operations, and support procedures. Unlike general-purpose AI tools, it is designed to understand the operational context of a brokerage from day one, and can be further trained and configured to match a broker's specific infrastructure.

Built for the operational realities of modern brokerages

A single liquidity provider can generate up to 20 GB of logs per day. The AI Agent parses this data, detects anomalies in LP interactions, and delivers structured insights in minutes, reducing investigation time and downtime across the aggregation layer. Across dealing and client operations, it monitors order execution patterns, flags suspicious activity, handles the majority of repetitive first-line support queries, and automates client classification and segmentation at onboarding, all without replacing human oversight.

The Agent is available in two deployment models: a managed AI-as-a-Service option where Soft-FX handles training and ongoing maintenance, and a fully on-premise deployment with GPU-powered local processing for brokers with strict data residency or compliance requirements. In either configuration, sensitive data can remain entirely within the broker's own environment.

Brokers can contact us to discuss their use case and explore how the AI Agent can be configured for their operational environment.
